Hiring an Accountant for Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  2. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
  3. Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insights to management for decision-making.
  4. Monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and perform bank reconciliations.
  5. Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
  6. Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation for annual audits.
  7. Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission.

Key Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  2. Four years of accounting experience, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
  3. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  4. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
  5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  6. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
