Description
Hiring an Accountant for Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insights to management for decision-making.
- Monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and perform bank reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation for annual audits.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Four years of accounting experience, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
