  • Create and maintain documentation, user guides, and FAQs to empower users to troubleshoot common problems independently.
  • Maintain accurate records of application configurations, issues, and resolutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, sharing knowledge with the IT team.
