Hiring a Customer service executive for Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
  2. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  3. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  4. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods.
  5. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  6. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  7. Take the extra mile to engage customers.
  8. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  9. Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
  10. Update the CRM system regularly and accurately.

Key Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree holder.
  2. Two to four years experience as customer service executive.
  3. Track record of over-achieving quota.
  4. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  5. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  6. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
