Description

Hiring a Customer service supervisor for Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manages a team of assigned Customer Care Agents and ensures they comply with company guidelines, in particular, related to the quality of service.
  2. Organizes daily schedules for the assigned Customer Care Agents.
  3. Supports Customer Care Agents with any technical or customer-related challenges.
  4. Collects data and prepares reports on customer complaints and inquiries.
  5. Prepares monthly reports summarizing the assigned customer service teams’ performance.
  6. Identifies opportunities to update or improve customer service procedures and makes recommendations to Customer Care Management.
  7. Prepares knowledge-based documents such as summaries and responses to frequently asked questions.

Key Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree.
  2. Three years experience as Customer service supervisor.
  3. Demonstrated Leadership skills.
  4. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Strong multi-tasking abilities with attention to detail.
