Hiring a Data Entry Operator for Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Insert all data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits.
  2. Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output.
  3. Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
  4. Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
  5. Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
  6. Apply data program techniques and procedures.
  7. Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
  8. Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions.
  9. Scan documents and print files, when needed.

Key Requirements:

  1. High school diploma: additional computer training or certification will be an asset.
  2. One to three years experience as a Data Entry Operator.
  3. Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
  4. Experiences using office equipment, like fax machine and scanner.
  5. Multi Task Ability.
  6. Experience with MS Office and data programs.
