Hiring a Document controller for Sharjah.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process and perform maintenance of the electronic document management system.
  2. Update registers and ensure documents are correctly scanned and electronically filed to facilitate electronic access.
  3. Perform maintenance of the Master drawing and materials register.
  4. Carry out distribution and tracking of drawings, materials, document submissions and correspondences.
  5. Maintain the materials room for easy retrieval of submitted / approved materials.
  6. Control of incoming / outgoing correspondence and ensure documents are registered in the database.
  7. Maintain a current set of full size hard copy construction drawings superseding drawings as and when required.

Key Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree holder.
  2. Three years experience  as Document controller.
  3. Outstanding English skills in written and verbal.
  4. Detail-oriented with excellent prioritizing, organizing and analytical ability.
  5. Knowledge of online document control system.
