1. Executive - Events - VIEW & APPLY
- Manage promotional, business, and social internal events as per the business and internal requirements of the company.
- Coordinate the placement of exhibits and exhibitors and establish good relationships with media partners and industry associations.
- Responsible for the planning and organizing of exhibitions, fairs, trade shows and other events on behalf of the company as per the policy and procedures.
- Develop detailed proposals for events (including timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets).
- Manage the whole process from the planning stage, right through to running the event and carrying out the post-event evaluation.
- Research venues, suppliers, and contractors, then negotiate prices and hire.
- Make sure that insurance, legal, health and safety obligations are followed.
- Coordinate with suppliers, handle client queries and troubleshoot on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly and to budget.
- Perform corporate communication related duties as negotiating to meet the ongoing needs of the organization as well as any additional projects.
