CURRENT  VACANCIES:

1.  Projects Administrator - VIEW & APPLY

  • Compile tender documents by including appropriate tender conditions, terms of reference, instructions and arrange for releasing the tender to the Tender Administrator as per the tender procedures.
  • Compile annual requirement of free-issue equipment and directs supply equipment and arrange for procurement of the same in coordination with the Purchasing & Stores Section.
  • Prepare contract documents, variation orders, capital task requests, and arranges them for management approval in line with Corporation’s procedures.
  • Provide administrative assistance to Section Head and Engineers in preparing tenders, reports, budgets, contract administration documents, etc.
  • Convene and attend meetings as per Section Heads’ directives, take minutes and distributes accordingly; follows-up with relevant parties on action items.
  • Process all bills/payment requests of the section for approval and forward them to accounts for payment.

  • Develop a strong positive rapport with all our vendors, and become the main contact for AGMC and the vendors.
  • Work with vendors to ensure product availability, delivery scheduling and to solve any pricing or other issues.
  • Negotiate with vendors on purchasing to help increase, AGMC long-term profitability.
  • Work with Sales and the Aftersales to keep up to date on the trends and the needs of the stores when making buying decisions.
  • Study the full product lines, becoming an expert in product knowledge. Seek out new products that will help increase the company’s profitability.
  • Run and analyze reports to determine sell-thru percentage and then make appropriate decision to ensure the proper inventory levels.
  • Maintain and communicate projection on total inventory.
  • Ensure the right product in the right place at the right time.
  • Maintain customer and partners goodwill and long time loyalty through professional service to exceed their expectation.
  • Should be team orientated, generating a strong sense of team amongst their colleagues and other supporting departments of working towards a shared vision.
  • Promote efficient information flow process on a timely, consistent and fair manner on principal’s inquiries.
  • Maintain a participative and supportive team culture amongst all team members.
