CURRENT  VACANCIES:

1.  Senior Accountant - VIEW & APPLY

  • Directs and supervises the activities of the accounts receivable function.
  • Supervise Accountants and Cahiers in their daily tasks.
  • Directs and supervises the activities of month end &Year end closing.
  • Monitoring bank position and asset of bank reconciliations and posting of bank reconciliation related transactions in system.
  • Monitoring accounts receivable and timely reconciliation of amount paid by customers and suppliers.
  • Participate in the preparation of the needed reports related to accounts receivable (daily, weekly, monthly, and annually} on time for effective management decision making.
  • Create and manage master file and index of Legal customers with update and follow-up status with stakeholder.
  • Prepares the required reconciliation on regular basis.
  • Participate in the external and internal audit requirement and needed reports.
  • Ensure all supporting documents are completed and getting necessary approvals for all transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records and control reports.
  • Follow up matters with other departments to ensure smooth operations and efficiency.
