Hiring an Office Assistant for Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Welcoming visitors.
  2. Answers the telephone.
  3. Distribute/deliver mails, correspondences, documents, and others to the person's concern.
  4. Preparing Coffee & Tea for Staff.
  5. Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
  6. Supporting staff with social events.
  7. Ensure the office/pantry is clean at all times.

Key Requirements:

  1. High school Diploma.
  2. Two year experience as an office assistant.
  3. Must have a willingness to learn.
  4. Good communication skill.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
