Hiring an Operations Officer for Sharjah.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design strategy and set goals for growth, optimizing process to maximize profitability.
  2. Oversee day-to-day operations (Completely responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company and its team).
  3. Set policies and processes and ensure they are implemented.
  4. Maintain budgets and optimize expenses for projects, events and the company.
  5. Increase revenue and net profit margins.
  6. Oversee recruitment and training of new employees, direct the employee assessment process.
  7. Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.
  8. Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally, providing platforms for training and growth.
  9. Set policies and processes and communicate all operating policies/processes to the staff.

Key Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree holder.
  2. Four years experience as an Operations Officer.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  4. Experience with usage of MS Windows and MS office and related tools.
  5. Strong analytical ability with a focus on optimization.
  6. Experience in planning and budgeting.
