Hiring a Receptionist for Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Answer and forward incoming phone calls.
  2. Greeting, welcoming and directing visitors at front desk.
  3. Arrange meeting room assignment, set up for office event/ meeting.
  4. Ensure reception and common area in clean and tidy manner at all times.
  5. Assist in printing documents, preparing drinks and other tasks as required.
  6. Support admin task assign by the Office Manager.

Key Requirements:

  1. High school Diploma.
  2. Three years experience as a Receptionist.
  3. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Calendar and video conferencing software.
  4. Excellent customer service attitude and professional telephone manner.
