Description

Hiring a Sales Coordinator for Sharjah.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and oversee the flow of a company’s services or products to consumers.
  2. Generate Sales Leads and creation of Database.
  3. Keep tracking of new exhibitions and events by organizing exhibition calendar, online research, etc.
  4. Sales Cold Calling and Emailing.
  5. Coordination with other departments.
  6. Knows Proper Quoting, BOQ, Estimation and Pricing.
  7. Knowledge about tendering and Proposal Submission.
  8. Working with staff members from other departments such as marketing, research/design and financing to optimize sales.
  9. Assisting in preparing sales proposals, quotations and other documents.

Key Requirements:

  1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree or any related course.
  2. Three years experience as a Sales Coordinator.
  3. Professional demeanor and attitude.
  4. Well-organized, detail-oriented.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and negotiation skills.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
