WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

Hiring a Warehouse supervisor for Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision.
2. Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.
3. Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
4. Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
5. Maintain standards of health and safety, and security.
6. Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
7. Plan work rotations, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results.
8. Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements.
9. Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided.

Key Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration or equivalent.
2. Proven work experience as a Warehouse supervisor.
3. Excellent communication skill.
4. Leadership skills and ability manage staff.
5. Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
6. Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices.
7. Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
