CURRENT VACANCIES:

1. Administrative Assistant - VIEW & APPLY

• Provides comprehensive secretarial assistance to General Manager & the departmental managers and ensures timely submission of reports.
• Responsible for all terminal employees original passport handing over to GR services.
• Act as a Coordinator between different departments and the terminal employees, to various issues i.e. leave, loan, claims, payroll, personal request, visas, passport & IDs, trouble shoot PC fault as and when required.
• Schedules and organises meetings with EIL/HTL Managers and visitors.
• Prepares presentations, meeting agendas & takes the minutes of meetings.
• Maintains, follow up on the meetings and on matters originating from General Manger/Manager Terminals.
• Maintains statistics pertaining to Terminal throughputs, no of tanker handled, performance, etc.
• Collections data, updating and maintaining the information (charts) on Terminal facilities like tankage, layout plan, and statutory license details.
• Arrange and coordinate JAFZA temporary/permanent passes to all EIL, ENOC Group staff and all contractors and visitors.
• Participates proactively as a member of the data management and training team.
• Maintains personnel files and maintains confidentiality of all personnel data.
• Enters payroll data in the system relating to employee expense reimbursements.

3. Network and Communications Security Engineer - VIEW & APPLY

• Ensure compliance and adherence to ENOC’s cyber security controls.
• Execute periodically reviews of infrastructure security solutions configuration to ensure that security controls are effectively and efficiently configured.
• Agree with the Infrastructure Security Manager on performance management objectives and perform mid-year and year-end performance reviews.
• Review risk assessments and audit observations to implement mitigation actions to address identified gaps and coordinate the identified mitigation actions with all relevant stakeholders.
• Implement security measures in line with ENOC cyber security best practices and requirements.
• Operate and maintain the network and infrastructure security of solutions within ENOC IT infrastructure.
