• Manage the front desk inbox and respond to general inquiries.
• Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
• Maintain visitor logs, issue badges, and follow security protocols.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
• Support scheduling of conference rooms and assist with meeting setup as needed.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and office supply inventory.

5.  Advisor I - HSSE (Fabrication Yard) - VIEW & APPLY

• Assist with developing HSE plans that comply with Company policies and procedures as well as client requirements.
• Oversee day-to-day HSE activities in accordance with designated areas of responsibility. Assistance in the implementation of HSE component.
• Ensure training, toolbox meetings, and drills are implemented as part of the training and HSE program, i.e., emergency response systems, etc.
• Investigation Reports and prepare/submit lessons learned for promulgation to the management.
• Investigate and complete the process for close out of all Accident.
• Conduct HSE trainings and orientation to all new employees as required.
• Assist in the development of project specific HSE procedures.
• Ensure HSE requirements are communicated to all relevant personnel in designated areas of responsibility and verify compliance by all appropriate means (meetings, inspections, monitoring, and audits).
• Application of hazard identification and risk assessment processes in designated areas of responsibility and implementation of appropriate control measures to reduce the risks to ALARP.
• Participate fully and openly in all compliance assurance audits, inspections and performance meetings.
