CURRENT VACANCIES:

  1. Facilities Admin Assistant - APPLY NOW
  • Collect the defected products, take pictures of the defects, fill the quality complaint form, and send it to Saudi team.
  • Compile the daily invoiced orders versus the ordered quantity and update the ready-made template to calculate the CFR.
  • Daily revenue generated invoices to be validated first and then need to update the received/stamp invoices in excel tracker then need to share with sales team in order to follow up for Abu Dhabi & Al Ain locations.
  • Daily revenue generated invoices to be scanned through scan machine for Abu Dhabi & Al Ain locations.
  • Daily cash reconciliation. Daily need to reconcile the cash collection for actual collection Vs system summary, then need to share the data with IBM teams in order to reconcile and action of difference amount for Abu Dhabi & Al Ain locations.
  • Enter the return order details in SAP by Customer by Item and quantity with appropriate approval and communicate it to finance and supply for further action.

5. Customer Marketing Associate - APPLY NOW

  • End to End Customer Marketing Calendar Management.
  • Support customer activation planning by building activation plans per customer and maintaining synchronized calendars across functions and markets.
  • Develop perfect store standards and track execution excellence. Create and localize customer marketing toolkits by translating brand and channel strategies into customer-ready & bottler- ready activation materials, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with briefs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and agencies to ensure seamless execution of all customer marketing initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, including briefing, coordinating timelines, reviewing outputs, and ensuring deliverables meet brand, customer, and quality standards.
  • Track and report activation execution, including updates, assets, and KPIs. Compile post-activation reporting with insights and gaps to drive continuous improvement.
